Analyst
We’re seeking a qualified, knowledgeable financial analyst who can assist in the development of our multifamily property investments by underwriting off market and listed properties through excel modeling and other proprietary market databases. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable of multifamily real estate in primary markets in Texas and will be responsible for providing timely underwriting data for several properties at any given time. The individual will be resourced with CoStar and a variety of other proprietary products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Capable of Generating Financial Modeling of Commercial Real Estate Estimates (Strong Excel Skills)
- 3+ Years Experience Underwriting Commercial Real Estate Agreements
- Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate Investments
